Increased traffic elevates the need of noise control measure to enhance the quality of life for residents of highly frequented roads. Therefore acrylic sheets are printed for use as noise protection elements. Only screen printing guaranties the required color and the necessary adhesion. A major criterion in this context are the required formats und the resulting weight of the plates. Formats up to 4,5 x 2,5m and thickness from 15 to 20mm lead to a weight of up to 200kg per item. Despite the high weight and large size, we can guarantee high print quality and precise execution.
